First day

We spent too much time planning what to do that we missed the free walking tour of Vancouver, so we just looked at the list of destinations and went and saw them ourselves. The photos are of: 1) Steamworks brewery, 2) Dr. Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, 3) the view from our room, and 4) a cool spot to see the city from Granville Island.

A bit more on our room. It has an amazing view! We get to see seaplanes take off and land, cruise ships load up and depart, and convention-goers move about. It's better than tv.
